Sources and scope
Every published location is supported by dated sources that permit this use.
Geographic foundation
OpenStreetMap provides the free foundation for golf objects, geometry and coordinates under the ODbL. Open Swedish geodata is used for geographic checks where its licence permits this.
The map reads from its own static database and does not depend on live calls to SGF, GIT, Overpass or other golf registers.
Identity and writing
Official facility and club websites are used to confirm names, course structures and the correct website. Their prose is never copied. Swedish and English descriptions are written separately from the same checked facts.
What the register covers
The register is based on the documented selection and the free public sources reviewed by the stated date. This does not guarantee that open data contains every possible golf location in Sweden.
A location is published only after its identity, position and basic details have been confirmed. Unclear locations stay off the map, and the full material has received a second county-by-county review.
