Golf near Jönköping

The area around Jönköping contains three facilities that differ both in the ground they cross and in the way their holes are arranged. Jönköping Golf Club sits in the Tabergsån valley, where rolling terrain shapes an eighteen-hole course and six shorter holes. The valley is more than a backdrop: it connects the course to the local geography and keeps the changing ground present throughout the round.

At A6 Golf Club, Röd, Gul and Blå form three nine-hole loops. Pairing any two creates an eighteen-hole round, so a later visit can follow a different route through the property. A separate six-hole course stands alongside them for a shorter round.

Near Bankeryd, Sand Golf Club changes the setting completely. Its eighteen-hole inland links is laid on naturally sandy, rolling ground, with broader views than the valley and woodland courses nearby. Within a relatively small area, golfers can therefore move between a hilly river valley, flexible nine-hole combinations and an open sand-based course. Jönköping therefore lets golfers discover how strongly the land can change a round without leaving the area.
